Behind Dustline
An unconventional path into software development.
I had ideas. I wanted to see if I could build them.
I didn't come into software development with a degree, a technical background, or a carefully mapped-out career plan.
I had ideas for apps I wanted to use, and eventually I got tired of wondering whether I could actually make them.
So I started figuring it out.
Dustline grew from there. What began as a personal challenge has turned into a place where I can take an idea, work through the problems, and turn it into something people can actually use.
I'm self-taught, and there's still plenty I don't know. But that's never stopped me from trying to figure things out.
I'm proud of what I've built so far, and I'm excited to see where it goes.
WHAT DUSTLINE BUILDS
There's no particular formula.
Some ideas come from things I wish existed. Others come from everyday frustrations, personal interests, or simply wondering what would happen if I tried something
One project might be a practical app, the next might be a video game. I don't really limit myself to one type of software.
If an idea catches my interest enough, I'll probably try to build it.
Curiosity First
Most projects start with an idea I can't quite leave alone.
No Set Formula
Apps, games, experiments. If I want to explore it, I will.
Always Evolving
Every project teaches me something I can take into the next one.
APP AVAILABILITY
Dustline apps are available on Apple and Android devices.
IOS versions are available on the Apple App Store when released.
Android apps are not yet available on the Google Play Store due to Google's current testing requirements for new personal developers.
To keep Android access available, direct APK downloads can be found on this website.
All apps are fully developed, tested, and maintained by Dustline, with the goal of bringing them to the Google Play Store in the future.
